The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of check in, sorry I do not take credit cards at this time.

Cancelation Policy
Renters who cancel at least 30 days before their trip will get back 100% of the amount of the deposit back. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your trip, you will get back 50%. Otherwise, you won't get a refund.
